Location: Fradley park, Lichfield

Rate: £ 24-27k p/a

Job Summary
Due to growth, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of recruitment processes and demonstrate exceptional relationship management skills.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established recruitment business who have partnered with a rapidly expanding brand in Fradley park, Lichfield. There will be no sales or lead generation, this role will be focussed on working closely with our customer to implement a successful on site solution.
Responsibilities
Working onsite for our large warehouse based customer in Fradley park, Lichfield.
Reporting to the Director of recruitment and warehouse management.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Utilise social media management techniques to enhance the visibility of job openings and engage with potential candidates.
Build and nurture relationships with the client to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Collaborate with management team to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies and processes.
Requirements
Proven experience in a recruitment or human resources role is essential.
Strong relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and candidates alike.
Experience in social media management for recruitment purposes is a plus.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of HR principles and practices will be beneficial.
