Location: Fradley Park, Lichfield
Rate: £ 8.91-£9.50
Our client based on Fradley Park, Lichfield is a national parcel distribution company.
Due to continued growth, we are currently recruiting for a customer service representative to join their busy team on a part time basis.
Hours of work are flexible, you can work 1500-2000 or 1600-2100 to suit applicants. Days of work are rotating, one week Monday to Friday and the following Tuesday to Saturday. Again this can be flexible on which day you have off however Saturday is essential every other week.
Applicants will be comfortable using MS Office packages, in particular Excel and Outlook. Duties include liaising with customers to reschedule deliveries and solving any issues with deliveries that may arise, debriefing drivers, and discussing any complaints with the drivers as well as data entry.
There is an immediate start available on this position, and it is a long term role.
