Administrator

Location: Lichfield

Rate: £ 20,000 p/a - £25,000 p/a

We are currently recruiting for an office administrator based in the Lichfield area on a temporary to permanent basis for an immediate start. The company is a family run industrial business who produce different products for distribution worldwide, ranging from printers to medical equipment.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a small team in an office based role previously. The successful applicant will be required to work alone at times, so self motivation is a must.

Willingness to learn and enthusiasm are key for any potential candidates. Must have excellent telephone manner and customer service skills. Previous sales experience is advantageous, as customers call through with potential sales queries.

The successful candidate may be asked to assist on the shop floor from time to time, as working in a small team requires a dynamic individual who is prepared to "lend a hand" when needed.

Duties will include general administrative tasks, inputting sales invoices, answering the telephone, speaking to existing customers to take orders etc.

Candidates must be available for an immediate start.

Working hours will be Monday to Thursday 08.00 - 16.30 and 08.00 - 13.00 on Fridays.
