We are currently looking for a new telesales agent to join a busy team based in Lichfield, Staffordshire as soon as possible on a permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will have a good level of experienced working on a high volume or outbound sales. The successful candidate will be expected to be confident in working on their own initiative making cold calls to commercial customers from an existing database offering services.
Candidates must be confident on the telephone and must hold the highest level of customers service.
The working hours will be 08.30 - 17.00, working 3-4 days over Monday - Friday.
The hourly rate will be dependant upon experience, starting rate will be a minimum of £11ph and can go up to £14ph for the right candidate.
